The annual management fee cover the basic services a managing agent provides, there are further cost which vary from year to year, depending on the block, some may never be triggered. As we are encouraged in the industry to be transparent with clients and not hide charges Prestige Property Management are happy to publish these figure. We believe our prices are a far refection of the costs to us to complete each task.
