We are finding more and more requests for administration only service. The advantage of this service is that it offers complete flexibility over whatever services you would like us to provide. A typical administration only package includes

• Invoicing service charges to lessees.
• Invoice processing and payment
• Legal recovery (additional charges may apply however are usually recovered from the individual against whom recovery is made)
• Online accounts access
• Online document storage
• S 20 processing

The RTM or RMC will retain responsibility for the day-to-day management
